If you do an internet search for any sports supplement, of course you’ll find the “review” sites. Take a look for yourself sometime and you’ll see what I mean. Most of the reviews are positive.

There Is No Easy Button
If you’re naturally skinny and a hard gainer, you need to know there is no easy button for gaining lean muscle. There is no replacement for consistent training and a strict eating plan.
Some over the counter (otc) supplements can be as potent or more so than prescription steroids. It’s possible to do real damage to yourself in the quest to gain muscle faster than mother nature intended.

If you do an internet search for a company that is selling a “popular” quasi-legal supplement, and you can’t find a website (besides dealers) or even a mailing address – don’t walk, RUN the other way.
